After a long hiatus, the Eybler Quartet will take to the stage in St. Catharines presenting less-well known works by J.B. Bréval, Joseph Bologne, Emanuel Aloys Förster and Mozart’s incredible String Quartet in D minor, K.421. As a particularly special attraction, we will be performing Cris Derksen’s White Man’s Cattle, a piece commissioned for the Eybler Quartet by the Banff Centre for the Arts in 2017 - this performance in Niagara has been on hold since May 2020 and we can’t wait for you to hear it!!! We will be joined by violinist Patricia Ahern taking the place of Aisslinn Nosky who is currently on a leave of absence from the Eybler Quartet.
